Nose has sliced strawberries, washed raspberries, orange peel and tanned leather.

Palate has under-ripe raspberry, under-ripe clementine orange and faint tart cherry. Mild acidity and medium finish.

Ripe, almost candied red fruit aromas. Tons of acid but a bigger body with the candied fruits, salty lingering minerals. Explore the Republic of Georgia Class

This is the Rosé this time. Gvantsa and Baia are sisters who just happen to be my favorite Georgian wine producers. Crisp, tart red fruit with some wet earth and wet rock minerality. This is a complex and enjoyable Rosé

This is not the Rosé. This is the red. I was expecting light and juicy red fruit. Nope, it is black fruit driven with tannins. excellent, more structured and weighty.
Excited to finally get to taste these reds and to sell them.

Big fan of Baia and Gvantsa, two sisters making wine in the Republic of Georgia. A more substantial rosé, tart red fruit, a little savory with lots of complexity. Delicious.

Dry, smells like passion fruit but tastes like dry crisp, maybe grapefruit pithy or something. Not really funky seems pretty neutral, maybe a wee bit of minerals idk. might be good for cutting this funky cheese I'm about to eat
