Rasberry-colored, verging on lip-stick red. Nice foamy head. Bubbly and light on the tip of my tongue. Sweet, with fruity, cherry flavors. A few lingering tannins on the back. Long aftertaste of licorice and rasberries. We have a big soft spot for Georgian wine, and this is a fun, celebratory bottle. Makes me feel sorry for the champagne snobs. Ha ha, more for us. Purchased at Table Wine.

Jul 7th, 2017Sweet sparkling wine combining Saperavi, Chinebuli, Tsitska, and Mtsvane grapes. A little too sweet but can be improved very nicely with couple pieces of ice in your glass.
