This Pinot has hints of prune and a little tannic on the tongue, might need to breath a bit, but when at 30,000 feet and on your way to California, I would recommend it. Not for drinking when on the ground.

Not too sweet n slightly dry. Not very rich or hearty. Would b good for a base to add fruit or something else. Prob too light to cook or marinate with.
