Blueberry and a hint of vanilla and green bell pepper and slight black pepper on the nose. Lovely balance of 70/25/5 of Mourvèdre/Grenache/Syrah. Could hold for a few more years but I couldn’t wait. Fantastic with duck breast for dinner.

Blueberries, pastry dough, burned marshmallow on nose. Raspberry liqueur. Full bodied and refined. Had with Vicias short ribs with charred corn and tomatoe spatzle and cucumber plum salad.

Beautiful, succulent Syrah. Opened on the four of the moment to go with a nice grilled ribeye. This wine is delicious! Cherry, blackberry. Smoke and tar. Nicely balanced. A beauty!
