Wow, very unique. Nose is wild - koolaid fruit punch, waxy dried flowers, sweet tart candy. In the glass it’s sour cherries, iron and salinity.

A historically significant grape on Long Island as well as Portugal. There’s some great research I’ve found over the years about the Isabella grape. If anything, this is a vine we should plant more of here on LI. This wine is really compelling. Tart, saline and joyful.

You’ll get the same face sucking on a lime after a shot of good tequila ... As Unique as hard to pair but it does grow on you.

Interesting wine. Grape hull preserves, sour beer, cherry, iron. Had during COVID-19 social distancing, take out from Emilie’s.
