The most vinous rose of those we tasted on Etna. The only one with a vineyard dedicated to producing world class rose and sparkling rose. At every level and style, Etna rosato has destroyed every other traditional rose producing region. A characteristic combination of high acidity + high fruit leading to the impression of biting into a ripe fruit. Nose of strawberries and fresh red cherries with a hint of earthiness along with a mineral spine. And that 'take notice' Etna acidity that vibrates with the tension of a wine coiled and ready to get hit by a volcano
