One of those wines that is both zippy and dense, like a...neon fleece? I dunno. It hits with a zing, goes into nuts and citrus then finishes with a tickle. It’s really a whole journey in a glass.

Perfect summer wine, picked up at Eataly Boston. It's the only Timorasso I've had the pleasure to drink, I still need to try the VIGNETI MASSA. Something of a cross between Erbaluce and Arneis (without the bitter almond finish). Bright and light, but with some slightly richer tropical tones... by no means a warm-climate white. Delicious!
