100% Minutolo from Puglia, light white with floral & lemon dominating with stony / almost wooly minerality. slight grapefruit notes as well. Reminds me of a cross between Sauv Blanc’s citrus, Chenin’s minerality, and Torrontes’ floral notes. Lighter than all those though, with medium acidity
