Venezia Giulia Ribolla Gialla

This wine is an absolute mind blower. Earthy and etheral at the same time. It's so rich and lively that it evolves any other minute in the glass. Beautiful orange hue in the glass, and it goes all around the declination of orange, from blossom to peel to juice, just to change again on the next swirl. I guess in 4-5 years it will show even better. Lots of matter, but vibrant and brightly acidic. And with a long, pure and clean aftertaste. Beautiful bottle, a litre drinks just perfect. Paired beautifully with black truffle risotto.
