Smell of lamb, sorrel and jasmine (think sweet and succulent) - it’s loaded and I’m not describing parts as well as others could, struggle with this scent but it very well done (sweet herbs?), earthy magenta color, the taste is tangy but not citrus and falls just short which is cool, the taste is full of meaty fruit and nearing jackfruit but with some strawberry and raspberry, sticky and feisty in its own way with an oscillating sense of balance, and an acidic tannin that is hidden under the bust of initial flavor and pokes out after a hot end
