Jun 3rd, 2018Great tannin structure, good blood orange body, great acid that has an orange juice sweetness, rich purple, slight lavender, ever so slight natural carbonation, medium body, easy pleasant balance

May 19th, 2018Deep violet in the glass with stewed plum, licorice, and cinnamon on the nose. Round, full bodied, and fruity but with some bitterness on the palate although without prominent tannins or acid coming in at 15% alcohol. Named for Natalino’s wife Anne, this Louis Dressner selection is made from 100% Negroamaro sourced from about 70 year-old vines and spontaneously fermented without sulfur. It paired nicely with NY style pizza.
