Nice Amarone. Taste chocolate. Took sometime to open up. Still too alcoholic. Went nice with ossobocu.

Drinking well right now with a good hard decant. She opens up over an hour or so. Still will age. Nicely balanced between firm tannins and acidity. Plenty of red fruit and flowers. Seems like a more old school approach to this one.
