Took it with me directly from Asti, Italy, when I was visiting my friends. Very smooth on the palate, no bitterness, very little acidity, soft but not too sweet, a very harmonious aroma in the finish. Tried it with medium spicy red Thai curry - perfect combination ;-).

Blackberry, tannin, longing for blue cheese to counter. This is a roll it around in my mouth wine. Linger over but not rich. Tasty but not deliciously so. Good. Repeatable. Just fine.
