Off dry. Candied orange blossom and clover. Honeysuckle and frolics through fields of overripe apples. Sincerely I’m picturing crunching into a sweet apple while being rained on by honeysuckle but someone has cut the grass I’m standing on recently. Am I a moscato person?! Perhaps not totally yet but this one is yummy. With a nutty cheese I’m imagining a happy future exploration of boundaries if not a lasting friendship.

Pale gold. White mousse. Apples and white flowers. Good acidity but given the sugar, not enough to balance a buttery brunch omelette. Go for spicier foods.

Pale gold with fine white mousse. White flowers and candied peach on the nose and palate. Medium minus acidity keeps it bright. Deliciously simple. Simply delicious.

Pale gold with white mousse. White peach and white flowers on the nose. Echoed on the palate with fine bubbles and juicy acidity. Not cloying at all. Just a fine example of the appellation. Excellent with brunch fare. 2013 vintage.
