Who doesn’t like Lambrusco with depth? I’m a sucker for sparkling reds that aren’t jam bombs. This isn’t. Light cherry and plum with a great fizzy lift.

A deep sparkling Lambrusco with strawberry and cherry flavors

Smells of soil, vinegar, grapes, very velvety to drink, strawberry, herbal, orangey bitterness at the end. I wouldn't give this to a non wine drinker (as I often would a Lambrusco).
