Azienda Agricola Cipriana ’Peau D’Ange’ Rosato Toscana IGT 2019: Aromatic. Vibrant. Expressive. Light acidity with fresh raspberry & citrus flavors. Consisting of 50% Merlot & 50% Syrah, this rosé blend is ready for any summertime occasion. For today, I paired it with some takeout from @ristorante_le_vele_bellaria of risotto carnaroli al pescato di pesce bianco! Also, thanks Laura from @cipriana_farm_bolgheri for the outstanding wines.
