Unoaked Nebbiolo: freshness & acidity cut through Porchetta like a Santoku through a block of butta.

One of the most stupidly good wines for the money I've ever had to sell. Alone in the paint wine.

Yes!
Finishing off a great night of wine with this exceptional Nebbiolo from Brovia. 0.5 ha single-vineyard site. All stainless, which in some vintages can make it angular, but this wine is so open and singing right now with chewwwwy tannin (in a good way).

It's a quaffer. Fresh and easy. I like my women that way too. Hahahahhaha.

Nice red fruit, earthy notes (clay), well balanced tannin and a long clean finish. Amazing value. #sommselect

All stainless. Nice ruby color getting just a little orange. Toasted tobacco, a little hot. Cardamom, preserved plum, cherries in syrup. Drink from now until the first snow

Beautiful perfume on the nose, giving off a heady potpourri of classic Nebbiolo aromas: tar, roses, cigar box. The color is a light pinkish garnet, with a little bit of bricking around the edges. The body is surprisingly light, teasing a bit of cherry, some roses, pepper, a little balsamic, sage, and mint. It feels a little tight, though, with a medium-length finish of cedary tannin, bitter grapeskin and kirsch. Lean and subtle. Could be a bit fuller.

Violets, liquorish, cherry spice. Aromatics galore. Gorgeous and sexy. What's not to like.
