A part of the wine is put in stainless steel vats for 15 – 18 months, another part is kept in small French barrels. After the ageing, the wine is put in the bottles without any filtration


Concentrated black fig, dark cherry, plum, red rose pedals, red flowers. Med p body, med p acid, juicy, fruit forward, sour raspberry tart finish. Juicy juicy yummy yummy barbara, hint of ashy earthiness on the end. Enjoyable by the glass, 13.5 abv.
