Fantastic and interesting Albana (in magnum) from Emilio - Romagna. Natural style. Flavours are mostly tertiary due to the deliberate oxidative style.
I love this style of wine anyway but am partial to Italian Natural winemaking. Beautiful pairing with foie gras. Nice break from traditional pinot gris or sauternes.
