This is mostly Chiavennasca, the local name for Nebbiolo. Cherry, black pepper. Balanced tannins and great acidity. Fermented in a mix of concrete and stainless steel, then aged for 9 months before an additional 3 months in bottle.

Bright, dark fresh, dirt covered strawberries. Manure and clay too. Enjoyable Brett. Dried strawberry and cranberry. Fresh but quick finish.

Light, fruity, cherries and blueberries. A bit of liquorice on the nose. Vanilla finish. 😋 Happy Easter 🍷
