Dark brown red. Beautiful nose! Plummy, charcoal, roast meat, hints of herbs, in particular, sage. Lovely, heady alcohol. Full bodied, lovely structure and nice, balanced acid. Long, strong finish with a raw cocoa note. Best of the trip so far!
