Birthday treat to myself. I drank this poolside for my 31st. It surprised me for its ease of drinking. It drank like a structure PG from Alto-Adige, or more imaginative Manzoni bianco. It had a phenolic grip that relieved the supple generosity of the mid-palate. I didn't eat during the drinking experience, I'd like to see it with grilled dense white fish, or fowl and charred veggies, or greasy fish and chip.
