V nosy, less tasty. Smells like iron, tastes like apple juice at the tip of my tongue but feels more like ccchhhhhhhhhrrrrr going down. Small sips

Very unusual. Moderately tannic, pencil shavings on a palate. But sweet at the same time, like on a separate level. Probably good to drink on its own, not stellar as a pair to cheese or poultry.
