What a beauty! Love what some age did to this Verdejo - golden honey color, generous tropical fruit accented w/citrus & some salinity & leesy, musky notes... very pleasant crisp clean invigorating tho fattened up a bit w/age. Still very sturdy acidic structure yielding long smooth finish.

Honeydew and tropical fruit with a blast of minerality (not overbearing) and hints of salinity. Enjoyed this delightful white with some aged cheese and nuts. Easy drinker.

Dry, light, somewhat bitter. Not good with spicy food. Makes it more bitter.
