Medium on the finish with bitter herbs and spices.
This is a nice surprise. This Californian chardonnay is not too oaky and kind of gentle. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Showing mild complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
I paired it with caviar, cheeses and crackers.

Hints of applea and spice. Sweet and tart at the same time with a dab of citrus scent and taste. Had it cooler than room temperature and still tasty. Will update when chilled.

Does not feel like a typical Chardonnay but we found it pleasing to the palate in a gentler, crisper way.
