Pickled carrots and apricots. Mustard seed scents with black pepper dust, cedar, and smoky peach preserves. Nearly petillant, giving it a textural interest. Apple cider vinegar and uni in warm saltwater. More pickled pit fruits with a tart burnt orange, fizzes to a pleasantly vibrant crescendo!
