Nice blend (48 CS, 41 Mer, 11 CF). Opened it a little cold but it got much better as it warmed up. This wine has really mellowed out. The fruit still comes through and the pepper from the Cab has softened. This is a very nice wine.

Mar 10th, 2018This magnum aged quite nicely. Definitely Cab dominant on this blend. Still a little young for a magnum, lots of tannins. Nice dark fruit and pepper underneath. Hint of some floral notes from the Cab Franc in the blend. Nice. Note: this really opened up the longer it sat out. Wow.

Wow is this one still dry on the mouth. Aerate or decant. Smooths out and has a nice finish.
