Cab is difficult to get right. The Argentine are making strides with this verity and this is no exception. It’s full bodied with ripe red fruit, rich and smooth with a spicy finish and little to none of that vegetal note. Good pqr, interesting label, rare single varietal, an oddity of sorts. Yup! The perfect wine to enjoy at at my local wine bar.
