Very good Paso cab. Smooth, balanced and constrained fruit. PAG summer tasting. At $50 not exactly a steal.

Very enjoyable Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso. This is very young and tight knit. Silky tannins, oak, fig, plum, black fruit. After about 2 hours in the decanter it is really showing well. Hold on to this one a few more years.

Smooth and very light. I would call it a light bodied cab. Could use more years but very drinkable. Good with fish. 2017

Very rich and complex. Strong tannins, I think this would greatly benefit from some aging. Clearly a wine with great potential.
