Very good Paso cab. Smooth, balanced and constrained fruit. PAG summer tasting. At $50 not exactly a steal.

Very enjoyable Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso. This is very young and tight knit. Silky tannins, oak, fig, plum, black fruit. After about 2 hours in the decanter it is really showing well. Hold on to this one a few more years.

Chose this to go with filet. Great nose with blackberries. Taste is also berries, spice, fig. Light to medium tannins. Agree with other tasters that it might be a bit young.

2017 in 2020, meatballs contest night.
For my tastes perfect! Full body, fruity but not too sweet

Thick and chewy. Feels heavy like a port. Light bouquet, and easy on the palette

We found this one at Marcel’s in Glen Ellyn and have enjoyed a few bottles of it already.
