Iceberg Bakeapple Wine

I don't drink a lot of berry wines I'll admit, but on a recent trip to Newfoundland I toured the Auk Island Winery, and I'm a fan now! Bakeapple berries, known as Cloudberry outside Maritime Canada, have a wonderful if slightly tart flavour, and when you add 50,000 year old iceberg water, it makes for a superb dessert or sipping wine.
