Birthday celebration for @Cody Uzzel at Lucio’s with a bunch of friends. All wines (except sparklers) tasted blind.

One of my contributions, delicious. Needed time to open up but once it did it proved to be a nice addition to the previous Riesling, although it didn’t drink as nicely.

A $22 bottle of wow. Serve at 50°. I found it needed a quick decant.

Mar 25th, 2019A sizzling Riesling with racy acidity and loads of character. Zings the palate on the front end and tantalizes the palate with tropical fruits and minerals on the finish. Excellent.
