Consistently awesome. With age, the fruit is more expressive and decanting or air isn't needed anymore. Will drink our last 2 in the next year I think.

Palate: Medium-full bodied, dark red fruit, spicy dark red fruit. This 2009 Summit still going strong in 2018, minimum tannins which is nice, fruit forward wine.

Dec 30th, 2017Drinking really well. Soft with fine tannins. Excellent fruit, good structure. Softer than I normally think for mountain fruit.
