My only problem with this wine is it evaporates or something after I open it. It just kinda disappears quickly…. Great length, oily mouthfeel with citrus and flowers. Always a pleasure.

Oct 8th, 2023Was a bit too cold to start. But after a bit of time to breathe and warm it showed complexity and depth. Lemons minerality a sweetness and a lingering finish. Another excellent Aubert.
