Arcturus Napa Valley Red Bordeaux Blend

Extremely smooth

After declaring a while back that we were out of this wine, I found another bottle. Hooray! A quarter century old, and still magnificent. A little bit of time to open, and it was the perfect accompaniment for grilled lamb.

Another great find in our overcrowded cellar. Perfect with a grilled ribeye.

Stunning. Held it just long enough. Sad that it’s the last one in the cellar.

Sensational wine. Two left in the cellar. Wish there were more. Drinking beautifully right now, with plenty of life left.

Fantastic wine ready now. Nice tannins hanging on.

Delicious, full bodied, great with a filet

Probably should have drinken this bottle first that night vs the killer super tuscan we started with.

Wine is fully integrated - wouldn't keep it longer. Wonderful Cab Sauv, Cab Franc and Merlot blend. Still notes of fruit and spice (allspice?) on nose. Good entry and middle showing, but finish disappears pretty quickly.
