Very nice Pinot. Not usually a fan of Pinots as I like bolder reds, but this one was very nice paired with Snapper and Brussel Sprouts at Rockpool Grill and Bar in Sydney. Great nose and good flavor profile without overpowering the grilled fish.

Used to absolutely love these guys. Not sure if its a thing of being so similar stylistically throughout the range or whether I've done Pinot to death recently but i certainly wasn't as mindblown as i recall being last encounter.
