Dark red. Or more purple to black. Smells like a plum orchard after harvest. And wet asphalt. Flavor of plum-cherry jams, tobacco, and berry pie filling. It’s a bit one noted. Not too dynamic. But it’s got tannins and isn’t just a juice box/jelly donut red blend. Sorta in line with an Arg. Malbec, but it’s merlot and cab!!?
