A very unusual barrel fermented dark rosé of Tannat. Savory and silky and very delicious. A pity it is not in the US.

Hello Uruguay! Rich, smooth, spicy providing long finish and 14.5 pct AbV. Surprised me.

Dark purple red. Black- and blueberry cobbler plus ash on the nose. Echoed on the fruit-forward palate with a bit of tarriness. Surprisingly tame tannins and a really short but dark finish. A "safe" intro to the grape at the heart of darkness.

Fruit and earth. Rich and powerful.

Artesana Tannat from Uruguay. Dense. Black plum. Fig. Blackberry. Dark chocolate. Vanilla spice. Lush and velvety. One of the better Tannat wines I have tasted from Uruguay.

Spice berry, vanilla nose, nice. Okay in the mouth. Needs time, but not unpleasant. Will be nice to see what it's like in a year or two.

Cedar on the nose, medium to heavy body, beautiful purple-black color, nice slow legs. Violet and blackberry on the front of the mouth with a smooth tannic finish. I'd buy it again.

Blackcherry--all juicy sweet, with a hot-rock streak before it opent up all green streaked & soft. Great acid, for a boozy buddy. Great stuff.
