Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Digging thru the outer reaches of the wine cellar and found this treasure. Plenty of fruit that released over an hours time. Once it opened up I knew it was special!

Very yummy. Lots of fruit. Has a Napa red flavor.

Lack of depth or body. Surprising for a winery that does a great job on other varietals.

Nice mature Napa cab, with smooth mild tannins, some sweetness and fruit.

Digging old bottles out of cellar. This has aged nicely. Good fruit and balance. Tasted mature (in a good way)
