The only TN wine I’ll drink. Kix’s Brooks knows what he’s doing. Aged in TN whiskey barrels.

From the vineyard and from storage in the wine fridge. Looking forward to this simple table red after waiting a while. Along with making homemade pizza sans normal crust and having a sausage crust instead. In a cast iron pan. Browned the sausage crust topped with veggies and cheese. Baked to perfection.

When in Nashville you come to Kix Brooks winery. If you don’t know who he is you’re not a true country music fan. My favorite wine he makes. Aroma of cigar and leather. Tastes like chocolate, cherry and TN whiskey🙌

Very unique red wine blend. First aged in French oak for a year and then in whiskey barrels for an additional 6 months. Had a slight hint of Smokey Tennessee whiskey both in the nose and on the palette. Also have aromas of leather, chocolate and black cherries.
