VIE01ENE2020 (primero de enero, celebrando el Año Nuevo con mi papá en el 500 noches) Buen vino. Liguero y fácil de tomar. Buen aroma aunque perfumado sin llegar a molestar. Sabor a carmenere ligero. Ósea no se siente tan fuerte el sabor a carmenere. Yo defino el carmenere como “salado”. (Mi propia definición para entenderme). Acidez moderada. Seco.
