Whoa. Dark. Thick. Meaty. Pepper. Could use some time to soften these tannins, but that said, a wonderful wine. I haven't met a wine from Griffin's Lair that I didn't like and I'd say the same for Arnot-Roberts.

Super surprised by this one, a lot of times their Syrah's are waaaay to lean for me. This was friggen' excellent!
