2005 fatness.

First 2003 Ente on Delectable. Reason for that, Hard vintage, really ripe, comes of soft and round, low acid. Better than I expected.

Great producer. Not quite as rich and delicious as Coche but in the same vain.

In its prime

Olive oil nose. Zesty, citrus tingle on entry and mid-palate. Dry mineral buttered popcorn on the finish. Good now and for decades.

Everytime I drink Ente, it unbelievably blows me away!!
