A powerhouse with quite some tannins. Very good but still needs some time to calm down

Nice evolution compared to last year. I’m a big fan of Umbria lately

Outstanding. Another confirmation of how much I love Sagrantino and all things Umbria.

Controlled modern style, the oak covers up too much and the energy is severely compromised. Going for too much elegance and restraint results in low-impact, low-involvement wine that lacks presence, although it has a lot of substance.

Complex nose, alcohol well integrated, palate designed by harsh tannins, won’t soften in my opinion... drink fast, it gets harsher with air
