Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

2013 vintage. Raspberry licorice, cherry, hint of olive tapenade, bit of tobacco, earth and spice. Drinking great now.

One of my favorite things about #sonomacoast pinot is the way that it can show densely packed fruit in such a light and lifted wine. This is a great example of that style, so loaded with bright fruit and well balanced with acidity in a wine that is shimmering red amd translucent. Crushable now and should drink well for several years to come.

Shows some really interesting qualities for such a young wine. Already drinking really well and loaded with black cherry, blueberry, and a tarry note that adds depth and intrigue.

Wine of the night - refined, elegant. Aromas of cranberry and spice w smoky bacon notes on palate excellent bright acidity.

not my favorite pinot but not bad. tastes like something savory not sure what tho lol. update not a fan can’t get past the smell

Fruit forward. Slight peppery finish.

2015 is drinking amazingly!

I like this a lot. High-toned red and blue fruit. Bright and crunchy. A bit of richness in the mid-palate with a hint of vanilla or root beer. The finish is nice, but not particularly long. Excellent AVA-level bottling.

Too fruity.
