Enjoyed the Arista Pinot Noir from both Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast tonight -- with King Salmon caught in Alaska's Kvichak River by yours truly. Amazing! I leaned toward Sonoma as the best pairing, but others favored Russian River. Both are great choices with salmon.
