Made in a bordeaux Blanc style with the use of oak. Very creamy and soft with a rich kiwi, grapefruit and powdered lemon bar aromatics. Soft at first but a surprising amount of acidity at the finish. Lingering notes of stone and tropical fruits. Really enjoyed this. It’s as though someone blended Spottswoode’s SB with Aesthete’s SB.
