Not my favorite. Wine was acceptably light considering the appellation but way out if balance, with heavy green tannins that accentuated the acidity. Maybe grappa to gives their Cerasuola some more fruit notes b

May 7th, 2015Very Sicilian nose of ripe, nearly pruny fruit with hints of VA, yet surprising refined and balanced on the palate. Luxardo cherry, wet earth, dried herbs, white pepper, sweat. Interesting wine that tastes better than that description probably sounds.

Apr 22nd, 2015Really delicious. Red fruit, funk, held together with acidic structure. Deft use of the grape.
