Reminds me of a light Sancerre. The nose is pure green apples, with a hint of gooseberries.
The palette is nervy and tense. Bone dry mid-palette, with a modicum of sweetness. Finishes with lemon zest and pin-point focus. Great for a summers day, and excellent value at well under $20 per. Purchased direct from the winery - this is one to watch. Thanks for the tip @David L

Don't let the campiness of the label/tasting room fool you... Excellent mouthfeel and a taste of crisp melon. Great summertime wine for sipping or with a light salad.
