Arboleda
Aconcagua Syrah

Wonderful gamey aromas of grilled meat, dried black cherry and cream de cassis. Dark purple and full bodied with a slightly viscous mouthfeel. Seemed a bit over extracted and too fruit-forward for anything besides drinking on its own, really. Tannins were quite soft...
That great nose, though, was such a tease! After 3 hours in the decanter the impression of sweetness diminished a bit. Decent QPR.
