The nose is deep and rich with prunes, cherry, meat juice, a bit of oak, a bit of coffee. The palate shows a great acid drive and some cherry notes all along. There is matter and a soft mouthfeel that turns into a massive tannic wall in the rear. The finish is rather long, with some cherry notes, very acid driven (almost unbalanced) and some bitterness pops un in the rear. We opened the wine yesterday and 24 hours of air hasn't tamed it one bit. It's a wild ride and it's reminiscent of a northern c么tes du rh么ne style. For about 12 eur in local currency, it's a good deal.

The palate shows a good acid drive but more over some bright black and red fruit notes all along, a good, pleasant mouthfeel, some width, some drying tannins in the rear and a long blackberry driven finish thatgoes on for a lobg while, along with thzt grippy tannic layer. It's young and easy and good 馃槉
